Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is established by Disruptive Edge Digital (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. By purchasing our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. The location of this agreement, for all legal purposes, is Palm Harbor, Florida.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services with Disruptive Edge Digital by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to your next billing date. Written cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected]. A cancellation request is not considered valid until you receive a confirmation of receipt from us. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have received your cancellation request.

2. Refund Policy

All fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable.Payments for services rendered or scheduled to be rendered during the notice period are due and payable in full.If you cancel after services have commenced or have been scheduled, you are responsible for all incurred fees.

3. Late Fees & Payment Obligations

Invoices that remain unpaid five (5) days past the due date are subject to a 10% late fee.Continued failure to remit payment may result in service suspension or termination, and unpaid balances may be subject to collections and/or legal action under Florida law.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in

Pinellas County, Florida.

By agreeing to the start of services and/or remitting payment for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this Policy, and that it is binding upon both parties.
